Marketing for all types of vehicles available at the company’s exhibitions, sell vehicles to customers, and following up on complaints to the sales supervisor.
Roles & responsibilities
Implementation of work programs and procedures.
Solving guests' problems and welcoming them with a friendly spirit.
Seeking potential new clients.
Having comprehensive knowledge about cars and providing detailed explanations to guests.
Achieving or surpassing sales goals.
Negotiating with potential clients.
Promoting the cars available at Hassan Jameel Motors to current guests and attracting new clients.
Obtaining purchase requests from guests.
Following up on purchase orders.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Promoting post-sale products and services.
Answering guest questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Ensuring guest satisfaction with the cars and services provided.
Responding to emails and promptly engaging with all parties.
Communicating with guests after receiving the vehicle to ensure guest satisfaction.
