Sale & Reservation Agreement

1- The amount paid will not be refunded to the guest again in the event of cancellation

3 - The delivery period is seven official working days starting from the day following the end of the reservation period mentioned in the reservation form and for the guest to pay the full amount of the car in cash, and two days are added in case of payment by check or transfer

4 - Excludes from the delivery period / the lack of plates and a form at the Traffic Department, suspension of guest services, the presence of traffic violations on the guest, the Traffic Department's refusal to extract plates and a form for a reason related to the guest

5- Hassan Jameel Motors Company is obligated to pay an amount of 150.00 one hundred and fifty riyals to the guest for each day of delay in the event of non-compliance with the delivery date, with the exception of what was mentioned in item No. 4 above

12 - for car sales: In the event of non-payment in full within a maximum period of (5) days from the date of the first bond, the vehicle reservation will be canceled and the guest has no right to claim the vehicle or the paid amount, and we have the right to sell the vehicle without the guest’s consent - with the exception of cars that are not available It has a chassis number, and a period of (5) days is calculated starting from the date on which a chassis is available for the car

13- For car sales: bank customers only. The agreement is considered canceled in the event that a copy of the approval is not received from the bank within two days from the date of supplying the contract payment.

14 - Hassan Jameel Motors Company has the right to charge a parking fee for the vehicle of the guest who is late in receiving his car at the rate of 50 riyals per day for each day after three working days have passed from the date of extracting the plates and the form after notifying the guest by phone through the guest service employee in the facility or through application notifications Hassan Jameel Motors Company, without prejudice to the facility's right to resort to official and judicial authorities to obtain fair compensation.

15 - The chassis / chassis numbers, if available, are determined by Hassan Jameel Motors Company based on the specifications required by the guest.
